Prowling

Yesterdays workout was a tough one, at track we did 6 sets of what we call prowlers with 25lb weights on. It was killer, we finished out with 4 100 meter sprints back to back to give us no rest and get up our endurance. Afterwords we did ab workouts and plyometrics, all in all it was a very good day.
